The Killer Inside Me (2010) movie review
Dirty, Rotten, Lying, Killer
The Deputy Sheriff (Casey Affleck) is a small American town seeks revenge for his child-molesting foster brother's death.
Oh, yes. Not stylish enough for film noir, this is a dismal tale of a sociopath who causes a series of deaths, some by his own hand.
Drawling, smiling and singing good old songs, playing his old piano in his dead father's house, Lou is the kind of nice guy who can tell a woman "I love you" while he beats her to death.
"The trouble with growing up in a small town is that everyone thinks they know who you are."
Not entertaining and not insightful, this is a film suited to a particular palate.
