Thanks for Sharing (2013) movie review

Anonymous Sex

space

A month in the lives of a group of sex addicts.

Friends of Bill, members of a self-help group, based in New York City. In order to 'enjoy' this film, the audience needs to buy into the Christian belief in a 'higher power' and the comforting belief that addiction is a sickness, not a series of choices.

Mike (Tim Robbins) is the grand old man of the group, and a control freak who gave his wife Hep C. Adam (Mark Ruffalo) is five years 'sober' and about to embark on his first relationship (with Gwenyth Paltrow). Josh Gad and Pink play people new to the programme.
