Cobram-Barooga

on the Murray

Cobram and Barooga are separated by the Murray River, and are linked by a new bridge that has superceded the original one lane historic steel lift bridge that was built in 1902. Cobram-Barooga is a township on the banks of the picturesque Murray River. With wide sandy beaches and towering river gums, Cobram-Barooga offers a relaxed lifestyle set amid fine agricultural land, rich in fruit and dairying.
