South Yarra

Trendy Inner City Suburb of Melbourne

South Yarra is an established suburb, with a range of inhabitants from old money to young trendies. The best known street is Toorak Road, down which the No 8 tram rattles between shops and restaurants. Never forget, however the famed Punt Road. The number 246 bus was immortalised in a cartoon strip celebrating the drive-by style of the bus drivers.

Features includes Fawkner Park.
