Millennium movie review
Bill Smith (Kris Kristofferson) is an air crash investigator who has just met a rather lovely woman, Louise Baltimore (Cheryl Ladd). But Louise is more than she seems, and she knows more about the crash than she is willing to reveal. Also investigating the crash is a renowned physicist (Daniel J. Travanti), a man who is asking some very strange questions.
Written by John Varley, and based on the premise of his excellent short story Air Raid, Millennium is a compelling piece of science fiction.
Well-paced and well-performed, Millennium rises above mere special effects with its believable characters and love story (well, except for [spoiler]).
Interesting in concept, it's well worth a look. Recommended.
