Laws of Attraction movie review
Audrey Woods (Julianne Moore) is a smart, successful, tailored lawyer used to winning until she meets the rumpled Daniel Rafferty (Pierce Brosnan). When their competition drives them to take opposite sides of a divorce case they are ordered to Ireland to depose servant, and there, after a drunken celebration, they awaken wearing wedding rings.
How can a pair of successful family lawyers face the publicity of a sudden marriage and divorce, can they make the best of it?
Not even the charming blue eyes of Brosnan can raise this film above its formulaic plotline. Obvious, predictable and ultimately humorous where it is trying to be witty, this film is very missable.
