Night at the Museum movie review
A newly recruited night security guard (Ben Stiller) at the Museum of Natural History discovers that an ancient curse causes the animals and exhibits on display to come to life and wreak havoc. (IMDb)
Night at the Museum's producers recruited a stellar cast for this comedic jump on the supernatural adventure bandwagon. Stiller's character is given a character arc to follow, a fairly mundane one, and a caper-crime plot line.
Despite the special effects budget and talent that was thrown at this movie, it never rises above standard kiddie fare.
