Forgetting Sarah Marshall movie review
A Boys Own Love Story
Filled with college-boy humour and explicit, although slightly veiled activity, Forgetting Sarah Marshall is the story of a hack sountrack composer who breaks up with his unfaithful, vapid, but lovely leading lady.
Travelling to the islands for fun and forgetfulness, he discovers to his dismay and confusion that his ex is at the same hotel with her new, famous and fascinatingly revolting love.
What's a boy of moderate means to do?
It's an outrageous and somewhat universal story told in an extremely tasteless way that invites love or hate, but not likely anything in between. Will the hero find love and success?
Will his ex-lady make another unreleased film in a non-American country?
